1.We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. To ensure this, all items undergo a rigorous checking process before being dispatched to our customers.

2.In the event that you encounter a quality issue within 3 days of receiving your purchase, we offer a full refund.
Quality related problems cover damaged products upon arrival, incorrect deliveries, or mismatched models. However, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from malice action by the customer, and in such cases, requests for exchanges or refunds will be declined. For any defective items, the buyer is required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged parts.

3. If you wish to return an item that has no quality issues, please reach out to us within one week of receipt. Note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Should you prefer a replacement, an additional shipping fee for the new item will be applicable.

4.We will process your refund or replacement promptly once we receive the returned item.The product must be unused and in a condition that is suitable for resale.
